The first edition of Student Collaboration Project in the village of Timbu was officially completed in Julu 2012! The girl leaders submitted their reports on time and learned throughout the process.
The items the class decided to buy were sport equipment, a book, a dictionary, a poster for the classroom and some other school supplies. The girl leaders planned the process, facilitated class discussion and consensus decision making and assigned responsibilities. They reported learning more leadership skills such as public speaking: “Next time if i will be a leader i will try to speak in front of the friends without laughing and without being afraid”.
